About our Design Hub
The People
The Davies Homes’ team are based upstairs in the Design Hub. We regularly hold meetings with our key suppliers and Interior Designer here, bringing all the key personnel into one place to collaborate.
The Products
Our Design Hub’s most impressive aspect is how many products we have on hand. We designed this home with the specific intention of giving our clients the best selections process possible with all the options at our fingertips.
We have two key rooms dedicated to our samples storage; one for all the exterior cladding options, and one for all your interior finishings. Browse samples of bricks, timbers, carpets, tiles, door handles, roofing, paint swatches, benchtops, tapware… and many more!
The Process
As you and our team work through your build, the Design Hub will be a key part of the journey. You will start off in one of our beautiful meeting rooms in early design and pricing discussions, moving through to the cladding and interiors rooms as we develop the full specification of your new home.
Throughout your consulting and selecting stages, many meetings will take place in the Hub with the Davies staff and our key suppliers, where everything is at your fingertips.
The Location
Our Design Hub is located at 59 Tangaroa Street in Bridleways Estate, Cambridge, just a few minutes from the expressway.
As one of Bridleways Estates’ key building partners, we have countless examples of our recent builds nearby, as well as our show home and occasionally temporary display homes. It’s not just inside our Design Hub that we have to show off, there is a whole subdivision of builds we can utilise to help in your new-home journey.
