Our show homes showcase Davies Homes’ superior craftsmanship and architectural design. Currently, we have two showhomes – one in Cambridge, which is at the premium end of the market, and one in Pirongia, which is still impressive but much more budget-friendly. As a result, you will be able to see our homes at different price points.
You are invited to visit our latest show homes where you’ll get to experience our design skills, quality and attention to detail up close. One of our team will be happy to show you through, explaining the features and thinking invested in each one.

Whilst our Showhome in Pukekura Cambridge is a large home built to a very high spec, our Display Homes demonstrate our consistent level of design and build quality at more commonplace budgets. Come and see for yourself the impressive examples of our commitment to superior quality and craftmanship, regardless of investment level. These homes are only open for viewing until they are sold.
