In the latest Business North feature, Daniel Davies shares why being invited back by 3MS is such a big endorsement. Davies Homes was the only builder from earlier 3MS subdivisions asked to return for Bridleways.
Daniel explains how the in-house design team has created concept plans specifically for Bridleways sections, ranging from 400sqm to 1200sqm. Each design makes the most of each site while meeting the estate’s covenants for sustainable, future-focused living.

Clients can personalise these plans to suit their lifestyle, or work with the team to create something completely custom. The concepts are designed to inspire ideas and show what’s possible within the development.
It also features the Davies Homes show home at 96 Hugo Shaw Drive. A 315sqm home with high ceilings, premium finishes, multiple living areas, a designer kitchen, wine cellar, swimming pool, and extensive landscaping.
