The price we quote is the price you pay, thanks to our fine-tuned processes. We have a rigorous pre-contract phase where clients meet with key suppliers to make all their selections. We carefully calculate all the details at the beginning and leave nothing to guesswork, so our pricing is accurate.
Detailed and all-inclusive pricing specifications ensure that our clients know every detail about their project before signing their contract. And, if price increases occur, our fixed-price contract guarantees these are never passed on to the client.

Not all building companies are owned and operated by licensed builders. Some contract out their builds. In which case, you’ll want to know whose licence will be recorded against your home. Will it be a random contractor that no-one has heard of? Or worse, someone who has a bad reputation? This will affect the resale value of your home if people ask to see it.
