Award-winning excellence

In 2007 Daniel Davies surprised many people in the house building industry by winning two silver awards in the Waikato Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

In 2008 his house building company did one better - winning gold in the Nulook Builder's Own Home Award. In 2009 Daniel entered an amazing home in the $650 - $1 million dollar category & won a second Gold Award.

Last year the Company decided to enter in three categories winning a Bronze, a Silver & a Gold. This year the Company decided to try a different aspect of advertising & put time into their Show Home, a new Website &updating their overall look. They are now in the process of deciding what to focus on next year, whether it be a new Show Home or once again entering in the Waikato Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

Before he was 20, Mr Davies formed his own building construction company in Te Awamutu with his wife Amy. Now trading as Davies Homes, we have been operating for over ten years. Daniel Davies is a Registered Master Builder. Master Builders keep members involved with regular information about what is happening within the building industry and opportunities to have their say about developments. The organisation lobbies on behalf of its membership and make sure members have opportunities to tender for work.
